Good practice due to lower cost or can be used to rough sight in a scope without the 3 dollars a trigger pull syndrome. Improved cylinder works best for me. Not a full power load, maybe 1200-1250fps. Didn’t see any bulges in the barrel, choke threads in and out fine as do other chokes. Switched to a Improved Cylinder choke now.
