When I place my cursor on the email, I can see the highlight phenomenon, in the meantime, there are Delete icon, Archive icon, and Follow icon at the top and right side in the cell. And when the cursor is moved on the folders, there is a Favorite (star) icon at the right side. WebSelect View > Current View > View Settings. Select Columns.
