I'm really thinking about moving the OS drive to one of the internal SATA ports, upgrading a few of the remaining 3 ... WebMy PCs only have USB 3.1 Gen. 1 5Gbps max though, but I was under impression that if the i-tec's chipset supports 10Gbps, then it might be useful for the performance of builtin hardware RAID1 and also in case 5Gbps chipset turns out to be bottlenecking Crucial MX500s more and having higher latency than the 10Gbps chipset.
