In Outlook, there's a feature that allows me to schedule my emails for later delivery - I love it when I'm responding to emails late at night and don't want to appear to be a work-aholic. However, it defaults to 5PM - if it's before 5PM currently, it defaults to 5PM today, and if it's after 5PM currently, it defaults to tomorrow evening at 5PM.
