I do have some disks in standby mode but all hdd indicators are always on. # hdparm -C /dev/sda. /dev/sda: drive state is: active/idle. # hdparm -C /dev/sdb. /dev/sdb: drive state is: active/idle. # hdparm -C /dev/sdc.
