Webb19 juli 2024 · It could be that the keyboard is grounded to the metal frame, hence you getting shocked. A anti static mat on the floor should fix it. However if I where to experience this I would return it and buy a keyboard that doesn't shock me. Please mention or quote me if you want a response.
