WebbI personally handle rules equally for players characters and all other creatures. I wouldn't give an advantage on the stealth check itself, because you can only hide if you are unseen. The size itself makes no difference. Either you are seen or not. BUT I would argue that the tiny character can hide in many situations while others can't.
